At the same day, your order will be waiting for you in your hotel and you have the perfect gift to take with you!
All orders which receive us until 4pm on workdays (Mo-Sa) will be delivered to your hotel on the same day and you have the perfect gift to take with you! After 4pm your order will delivered to your hotel on the next workday.

We send all orders from www.diebittners.at worldwide. If you are from a non-EU country, you buy tax-free (VAT in Austria: 20%). The transport costs for worldwide deliveries are &eur; 39.70. For orders over &eur; 397, - we will deliver your order for free. If you order from an EU country, you pay &eur; 14,70 postage, for orders over &eur; 147, - we deliver for free. Orders from Austria and all delivery services within Vienna are free.

    You would like to return one or more items? No problem, it is very important to us to satisfy you with our products and our service. Should this not be the case, we will take your order back within 30 days. Free. Please send your return to:

    Please pick a transport service provider of your choice and let us know your shipping costs. As soon as your return arrives at our warehouse, we will refund your purchase price and your transport costs. Easy and uncomplicated. Our own quality assurance department checks each part, but if you should ever receive a faulty product, please write us an e-mail and send us, if possible, a photo of the defect or damage.
